Who we are and how to reach us
Let Us Pour is a mobile bartending service serving New England. This page explains what information we collect through our website, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
Questions or requests? Email us at haeletuspourem@gmail.com.
What the booking form collects and why
When you send a booking request, we ask for the details below. We use them only to reply to your request, check availability, quote and plan your event. We do not use them for anything else.
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number
- Event type
- Event date
- Estimated guest count
- Event ZIP code (optional)
- Hours
- Bar type
- Add-ons you are interested in
- Notes
- How you heard about us (optional)
How your request reaches us
Booking requests are sent through Web3Forms, a hosted form service, and delivered to us by email. This site does not keep a database of its own.
A hidden form field that only automated submissions fill in is used for spam protection. No captcha service is involved.
Analytics and your choice
Google Analytics loads only if you click Accept on the notice. Until then, analytics storage is set to denied and nothing is sent. Your choice is remembered in your browser.
When you use the site with analytics enabled, we record a few events: booking submitted, estimate requested, phone click, and standard page-level usage.
Clearing your browser's site data resets your choice, and the notice will appear again.
We do not sell your data
We never sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Keeping and deleting your information
We keep request details only as long as we need them to handle your booking and for our records. You can ask to see or delete your information at any time.
Questions or requests? Email us at haeletuspourem@gmail.com.
