How It Works

Booking is easy

  1. Choose your date

    Share the date and location of your event, and we'll confirm we're available.

  2. Chat with us

    We'll talk through your guest count, venue, and the kind of bar you're picturing.

  3. Design your menu

    Together we'll pick the drinks, from signature cocktails to beer and wine, and print a custom menu for your bar.

  4. We pour

    On the day, we set up, serve your guests, and break everything down. You enjoy the party.

Questions we hear often

  • Is alcohol included?

    No. Alcohol is never included, so you buy it and we pour it. Wedding packages come with an alcohol ordering guide that takes the guesswork out of shopping.

  • Is insurance included?

    Yes. Every booking includes general liability and liquor liability insurance, and every bartender is ServSafe/TIPS certified.

  • How do deposits work?

    A 50% deposit reserves your date. The deposit is non-refundable, but it can be credited to another event within 12 months. We'll go over the remaining balance with you when we confirm your booking.

  • Do you offer non-alcoholic bars?

    Absolutely. We offer fully non-alcoholic bars, and we can add signature mocktails to any menu so every guest has something special to sip.
